Description
BIO 3404 Comparative Animal Physiology with Lab (4 Credit Hours)
Comparison of the mechanisms used by the various animal phyla to deal with nutrition and metabolism, gas exchange and transport, excretion, ionic and osmotic balance, temperature regulation, reception of stimuli, biological clocks, and neural versus hormonal control. Students enrolling in this course must also enroll in the corresponding lab (BIO 3400).
