Comprised of four content areas as they apply to child care environments: organizational leadership, personnel issues, financial and legal issues, and child care and educational programming. Defined by the state of Florida as a requirement for the Foundational Level Child Care and Education Program Administrator Credential or one of the three courses for the advanced level credential.
