Description

LDR 5014 Foundations in Leadership Development
4 Credit Hours
This course entails a comprehensive examination of the history and process of leadership development. The course examines a) defining leadership; b) becoming a leader and preparing for the opportunities; c) understanding the leadership territory and anticipating changes; d) making leadership happen; and, e) sustaining the leader. Students will analyze organizational situations and develop solutions from a leader?s perspective.
