3 Credit Hours Examines methods, tools, techniques, and models to assess individual and organizational needs to optimize performance. Variables influencing performance are examined so learners may apply skills learned to accurately diagnose and analyze performance problems. Course materials and exercises assist learners in recognizing the importance of accurate needs assessment and performance analysis within their organization.
