Description
The course provides students with five units that are devised to introduce them to entrepreneurial thinking and planning, budget analysis, global leading (teambuilding and communicating, marketing in a global environment), and career assessment/and change. Students will examine through research the units introduced in this seminar framework, and will be introduced to community leaders as applicable to the topics discussed throughout the seminar format. The assignments and activities are geared toward graduate level research, writing, speaking and analyzing the topics discussed and debated within the seminar framework. Each element will be examined and explored in an in-depth format, and will require students to demonstrate their knowledge of the subject through scholarly dialogue, written analysis, intentional research, and presentations both internal and external.
