3 Credit Hours An integral element of leadership is developing other leaders, and human resource development and training of individuals and work groups to improve individual and organizational performance in a competitive marketplace that is constantly changing. Continuous learning is crucial for organizations to be successful, and human resource development is an indispensable component in the educational process. This course explores the human resource development theories, methods, and functions, as well as models for program development and evaluation.
