Description

MIN 2413 Principles of Christian Leadership
3 Credit Hours
Designed with the emerging leader in mind and focuses on the important role of character, competency, and team chemistry for leadership effectiveness. Students will explore principles of self leadership, examine and develop core leadership competencies and discover how to effectively function as part of a larger leadership team. Students examine both Christian and secular leadership theories in order to formulate an understanding of their unique leadership styles.
