Description
NUR 3020 Health Assessment Application
Uses the nursing process with an emphasis on assess
ment, based on the Neuman Systems Model, to deter
mine the health status of diverse individuals across the
lifespan. Communication skills, interview techniques,
health history, and physical exam skills are introduced.
Opportunities to apply health assessment skills, docu
mentation, and critical thinking for nursing care plan
ning are provided.
