Description

NUR 3102 Fundamentals of Nursing: Theory 2 Credit Hours Applies previous knowledge from the liberal arts, sciences, and humanities to nursing care and builds upon basic nursing concepts from previous nursing courses. Presents General System Theory as the conceptual framework and the nursing process as the methodology used to promote health and wellness across the lifespan. Promotes critical thinking and decision making in the provision of culturally sensitive care. Meets PHE 1061 Requirements. Prerequisite: NUR 2003; NUR 3002; NUR 3023 Corequisite: NUR 3112 Availability: Fall
