NUR 4312 Community Nursing: Clinical
2 Credit Hours
Theories and concepts of community based nursing with emphasis on health promotion and prevention of families and population based health problems are applied. Students identify actual and potential stressors experienced by client/client systems in community settings across the lifespan. General System Theory and the nursing process are used to implement nursing actions to retain, attain, and maintain optimal client/client system stability in practice settings.
