ORL 5001 Cross Cultural & International Leadership (1 credit hour)
This course is centered on the challenges for international leadership practice; and the application of leadership models in a global or cross-cultural environment. It will utilize an international interactive experiential perspective attained through travel to various countries. This course will use several methods including student initiated independent or collaborative self-directed study; action research; development of learning communities. Learners will explore and develop a project, find imaginative alternatives for leadership strategies in an international environment. Personal reflection and a learning contract are required for the course. Students must register for the course in order to travel.
