Description

ORL 5103 Servant Leadership 3 Credit Hours This course presents the paradigm of servant leadership within the context of the historical and theoretical models of leadership. Traditional leadership and servant leadership will be defined and the models presented and contrasted. Students will be asked to examine their own leadership style and compare their style with the servant leadership model.
