			ORL 5273 Foundations of Organization Development
3 Credit Hours/Elective
The course entails a comprehensive examination of the history and process for Organization Development (OD) as it is practiced in various organizations. The course explores the goals, objectives and strategies for the OD function as well as the dilemmas that all OD practitioner?s face. During the course the learners will study the research literature of the field and engage in case studies of classic OD interventions and analyze various situations facing an OD practitioner. Students will analyze organizational situations and present proposed solutions to problems linked to organization development.
