Description

PSY 4703 Skills and Ethics in the Helping Professions
3 Credit Hours
The course provides consideration of the current professional, legal, and ethical, as well as the best practices related to community-based helping professions. The moral and philosophical foundations are considered, as is the practical considerations at the intersection of community and practice. Where relevant, the ethical codes of affiliated professions are discussed.
Prerequisite: PSY 2133
