What to Expect:
- Determine daily caloric need based on body composition (body fat analysis with skinfold calipers or electrical impedance)
- Discuss a general fitness program
- Address questions and concerns
- As with any fitness test there is a margin of error due to various factors- the accepted range of error for estimating percent body fat for both techniques is 2-6%
What Not to Expect:
- An exercise workout - options will be discussed
- A specific nutritional "diet" - guidelines/recommendations will be discussed
Note: Shorts and short sleeve t-shirt are required. Refrain from using skin moisturizer on test day
