Apply for Financial Aid at Palm Beach Atlantic University
Step 1: Apply for financial aid by completing the FAFSA. Visit and include our school code on your application: 008849. When completing the financial information section, use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to transfer your tax information from the IRS to your FAFSA. If you do not use this tool, you are more likely to be selected to provide additional documentation to our office. It usually takes 3 business days for PBA to receive your FAFSA. You can check to see if we have received your FAFSA by visiting the Required Documents page. If you are not going to complete the FAFSA, notify us by completing this online form. We will still award you any institutional financial aid you qualify for.
Step 2: Visit the Required Documents page to see what documents are outstanding and to download the necessary forms and instructions. Please complete all documents as soon as possible.
Step 3: Once we receive all of your information and required documents, our staff reviews your file and determines the amount of student aid you are eligible to receive. You will receive notification via your PBA email account that your awards are ready to view online. At that time, the Financial Aid Awards tab will become available for you to view.
