Mission Statement of the Dept. of Foreign Languages:
Our mission is to instruct the student to understand, speak, read, and write with proficiency in a second language; to aid in developing understanding between cultures through intercommunication; to provide students with the necessary linguistic skills for the study of the history, literature and life of another country.

Assistant Professor French and German

In Loving Memory of Cybèle Seeds

Assistant Professor of Foreign Languages and Cultures died on August 23, 2010

Professor Seeds joined PBA's teaching staff in 1994. She taught French, German and Humanities courses at Palm Beach Atlantic. She also was the University's International Student Advisor from 1997 to 2002, serving students from more than 40 countries. Her love for teaching was evident in the passion with which she approached her students and courses. She will be remembered with joy.
