Examines the way leaders in organizations can lead, manage and develop the diverse groups of people that are found in today?s
multicultural business community. The course will focus on cultural differences, especially the cultural differences in the workplace of today, and how those differences affect the process of leading and developing managers and other members of the workforce to be effective in doing business and managing.
