Description

3 Credit Hours This course allows the learner to effectively utilize the meaning and importance of ethics and personal morality in relation to corporate responsibility. The course will analyze leader value systems and how these values impact decisions and the future growth and development of organizations. Students will explore the concept of the healthy ethical organization as defined by the concept of servant leadership. Students will examine their own personal values and ethical assumptions to create a higher level of self-awareness and leadership performance.
