This course provides an introduction to leadership and how personal leadership must be applied to be successful in academic life. Students will learn features of PBA culture and key academic policies. They will learn how to self-manage their own degree program. They will be introduced to academic writing requirements and study skills essential for college-level performance. Within this course they will learn how to connect to resources needed to increase their success as students and their development as leaders.
