ORL 3284 Mediating Organizational Conflict

This is a skill-building course based on a program developed by two executive leaders with the American Bar Association?s Section on Dispute Resolution. This course will provide both theory and practical skills for resolving organizational conflicts. The practical skills learned in this nationally recognized curriculum will assist the student in minimizing damage caused by conflict and maximize productivity through facilitating collaborative work relationships.
