ORL 5063 Leading Organizational Change

Focuses on the methods, techniques, and theories of organizational change needed by organizational leaders to plan and initiate change. Students will learn models of change and methods to facilitate, drive, and sustain organizational change. Leading organizational change is the focal point of this course.
