ORL 5233 Motivational Leadership and Reward Systems

Examines the elements of performance and the role of motivation in providing rewards that are powerful drivers of individual, group and organizational performance in today?s competitive environment. Learners will study basic theories of motivation based on the premise that to capture the full power of reward systems, organizations need to focus on rewarding excellence in all areas to develop and maintain a high performance organization.
