Description

ORL 5243 Ethics in Organizational Leadership 3 Credit Hours Assists the learner to effectively understand the meaning and importance of ethics and personal morality in regard to corporate responsibility. The course will analyze leader value systems and how that impacts decisions and future growth and development of organizations. Exercises throughout the course will allow the learners to recognize that assumptions under gird all action and behavior.
