Step 1

Student determines Federal Work Study eligibility with Financial Aid Office

Step 2

If eligible, student applies for open FWS positions.

Step 3

Supervisor reviews job application.

Step 4

Student brings FWS Form to Financial Aid Office to be completed. If new FWS employee, student will complete FWS orientation.

Step 5

Financial Aid Office submits paperwork to Human Resources. If new FWS employee, student will present two valid proofs of ID to HR.
