Go to your Student Portal and follow instructions on submitting all health form requirements. You will be able to access the portal using your myPBA Credentials.
Due Date: As soon as possible after deposit is paid to the University and no later than August 1st. The deadline for students entering PBA in the spring semester is December 1st or upon acceptance.

All Full-time Day Undergraduate, International and Pharmacy students are required to have health insurance. These students are automatically enrolled and billed for the school-sponsored insurance. The charge is only removed once you submit a waiver request with proof of insurance and it has been approved. You will need a copy of your insurance card and coverage information during the waive process. You will receive an email stating that you have been approved or denied. The school-sponsored health insurance coverage is from August 16, 2018 to August 15, 2019.
Instructions: Visit www.aetnastudenthealth.com to waive the school-sponsored insurance plan.
Due Date: The last day to waive the school-sponsored insurance plan is September 15th. The charge for the school-sponsored insurance plan will remain on your student billing statement until you waive the coverage. The deadline for new students entering PBA in the spring semester is January 15th.
