Fall semester: Health Forms are due no later than August 1st, 2020.
Spring semester: Health Forms are due no later than December 1st, 2020.

STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE
All Full-time Day Undergraduate, International, Pharmacy, Graduate, Evening, and Online students are required to have health insurance. These students are automatically enrolled and billed for the school-sponsored insurance. The charge is only removed once you submit a waiver request with proof of insurance and it has been approved. You will need a copy of your insurance card and coverage information during the waive process. You will receive an email stating that you have been approved or denied. The school-sponsored health insurance coverage is from August 16th, 2020 to August 15th, 2021.
Instructions: Visit www.aetnastudenthealth.com to waive the school-sponsored insurance plan.
Due Date: The last day to waive the school-sponsored insurance plan is September 18th. The charge for the school-sponsored insurance plan will remain on your student billing statement until you waive the coverage. The deadline for new students entering PBA in the Fall semester is September 18th.
