This Application is for the review of your degree requirements, based on when they are projected to be completed.

Note that once you have submitted your application, a $100 graduation and diploma fee will be added to your student account.

 

December 2026

  • Per the Academic Calendar, the deadline to apply for December 2026 is January 31, 2025.
    • Students who submit their Applications on or before this date will be guaranteed to receive their Graduation Audits by the Fall 2026-2027 add/drop deadline. Applications for Graduation are processed in the order in which they are received. There is no specific amount of time in which you will receive your Graduation Audit, and you are not guaranteed to receive it before registration opens for the following Fall semester. The only time frame that is available is that it will be received by the aforementioned add/drop deadline.

 

    • Any Applications submitted after January 31, 2026 will be considered late, meaning your Graduation Audit may not be completed until after the Fall 2026-2027 add/drop deadline. Please note: The closer your Application is submitted to the deadline, the closer to the add/drop deadline your Graduation Audit will be completed.

 

May 2026

  • Per the Academic Calendar, the deadline to apply for May 2026 and August 2026 was August 31, 2025.
    • Students who submit their Applications on or before this date will be guaranteed to receive their Graduation Audits by the Spring 2025-2026 add/drop deadline. Applications for Graduation are processed in the order in which they are received. There is no specific amount of time in which you will receive your Graduation Audit, and you are not guaranteed to receive it before registration opens for the following Fall semester. The only time frame that is available is that it will be received by the aforementioned add/drop deadline.

 

    • Any Applications submitted after August 31, 2025 will be considered late, meaning your Graduation Audit may not be completed until after the Spring 2025-2026 add/drop deadline. Please note: The closer your Application is submitted to the deadline, the closer to the add/drop deadline your Graduation Audit will be completed.
    • Per the above-written statements, May and August 2026 Application submissions are now late, meaning your Graduation Audit may not be completed until after the Fall add/drop deadline.

    GradImages: Every Detail. Every Time.
    GradImages is the official photographer for our Commencement. Proofs will be sent to your home and via e-mail within three to five days after graduation. Pictures can be ordered online, by phone or by e-mail. GradImages can be contacted at 800-261-2576 or via e-mail at www.gradimages.com.
     
    Registering with GradImages provides you with the information you need to have your graduation proofs delivered to you in a timely manner. An accurate mailing address and e-mail address will allow the proofs to be delivered to you on the first try. You may also provide e-mail addresses of up to six friends and family members to allow them to celebrate in the accomplishment.
     
    GradImages is offering graduates a $5 discount on any photo order over $25 when they register their e-mail address prior to graduation. To register, click here.
    1. Type in "palm beach atlantic university" in the search box and PBA will be listed in the choices below.
    2. Click on the correct ceremony and register your e-mail.

    Graduates who register prior to graduation will receive a coupon via e-mail closer to graduation.
