December 2023

Per the 2023/2024 Academic Calendar, the deadline to apply for August 2023 and December 2023 was January 31, 2023.

Students who submit their Applications on or before this date will be guaranteed to receive their Graduation Audits by the Fall 2023-2024 add/drop deadline. Applications for Graduation are processed in the order in which they are received. There is no specific amount of time in which you will receive your Graduation Audit, and you are not guaranteed to receive it before registration opens for the following Fall semester. The only time frame that is available is that it will be received by the aforementioned add/drop deadline.

Any Applications submitted after January 31, 2023 will be considered late, meaning your Graduation Audit may not be completed until after the Fall 2023-2024 add/drop deadline. Please note: The closer your Application is submitted to the deadline, the closer to the add/drop deadline your Graduation Audit will be completed.

Per the above-written statements, December 2023 Application submissions are now late, meaning your Graduation Audit may not be completed until after the Fall add/drop deadline.

May 2024

Registering with GradImages provides you with the information you need to have your graduation proofs delivered to you in a timely manner. An accurate mailing address and e-mail address will allow the proofs to be delivered to you on the first try. You may also provide e-mail addresses of up to six friends and family members to allow them to celebrate in the accomplishment. GradImages is offering graduates a $5 discount on any photo order over $25 when they register their e-mail address prior to graduation. To register, click here.
