Residence Life desires to build seamless communities on-campus that center around Biblical principles and Christian living. We offer a variety of housing options for students that allow students flexibility in their physical living environment. We supplement a quality living experience with a variety of social, educational, and spiritual programming that aims to assist students in their development at PBA.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Residence Hall Fall Check-Out is 24 hours after your last final or by 5:00PM on the Friday of finals week (whichever comes first).

• Remember to sign up with your RA for your check-in and check-out times
• There are additional housing fees/fines for late departure or early arrive
• You must get written approval from the Residence Life Office for any arrival exemptions

The Housing Selection Process for the Fall 23-24 academic year will take place in Spring 2023. Contracts for housing are for the full academic year. Students will need to log into the housing portal, go.pba.edu/housing, on their approved selection day to pick the housing for the upcoming fall semester. Selection days open at 7:00 AM. Housing requirements and cancelation policy can be found in the Residence Life Handbook.

• Seniors (90+ credits)
• Juniors (60+ credits)
• Sophomores (30+ credits)
• Freshmen (29 credits or less)

All Hall Meetings: Residence Life will host mandatory All Hall meetings in the beginning of November and the beginning April to review end-of-the-semester check-out protocol. We will review the check-out process, university expectations, and important dates and reminders. Encourage your student to attend so they get all relevant information.

• Fall 2022 Finals Week is December 5th-8th
• Spring 2023 Finals Week is May 1st-4th

Spring Hall Check-Out Process: Residence Halls will close for the fall semester at 5:00 PM on Friday, December 9th, and spring semester at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 5th. Students are required to sign-up for a check out time during finals week to do their final walkthrough with an RA. Those schedules will be posted a week prior to finals week for students to make departure plans. Siblings of graduates are permitted to stay until Monday and should notify their Area Coordinator of this request. Student’s can check out as soon as their last final is complete. It is our goal to make this process easy for your student as they are wrapping up their semester.

Summer Housing is open to all current students. We offer housing in either a full summer contract (for those returning to housing in the fall) or 3 week increment sub-terms. Prices are posted on my.pba.edu for students to see. Student do not have to take summer classes to opt into summer housing. There are lots of opportunities in West Palm Beach for summer jobs, internships, and students can work towards completing Workship hours locally.
