You may make a payment online at https://pba.afford.com.  Once there, click "Make a One Time Payment".  Online payments via ACH from a Checking or Savings account are accepted with no additional fees.  Credit card payments are also accepted.  Please note that there is an additional convenience fee assessed to every credit card payment.  ACH and credit card payments are also accepted over the phone by calling 1-800-334-7924 .


PBA accepts personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders made payable to PBAU (or Palm Beach Atlantic University).

A loan, payment in full, or tuition payment plan must be in place before classes begin. Payment plans are not offered after Check-In.

Students may not receive transcripts or diplomas and are not allowed to participate in commencement until the past-due amount is cleared.  Past-due accounts assigned to a collection agency are charged for collection costs.

Tuition insurance plans also come with Student Life Assistance: a 24-hour hotline to help students stay safe on and off campus.  At Palm Beach Atlantic University, we want our families to have peace of mind during their entire time with us.

Insurance must be purchased prior to first day of classes. Coverage extends through the end of that semester.

Tuition insurance is completely optional. The agreement you enter into is with GradGuard, not with Palm Beach Atlantic University.

 

Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. Insurance benefits are underwritten by Jefferson Insurance Company (NY, Administrative Office: Richmond, VA), rated “A+” (Superior) by A.M. Best Co. Plans may not be available to residents of all states. Allianz Tuition Insurance is a brand of AGA Service Company. AGA Service Company is the licensed producer and administrator of this plan and an affiliate of Jefferson Insurance Company. The insured shall not receive any special benefit or advantage because of the affiliation between AGA Service Company and Jefferson Insurance Company. Non-Insurance benefits/ products are provided and serviced by AGA Service Company. Consumer may be responsible for charges incurred from outside vendors for assistance or concierge services. Monthly Payment Plan

Payment plans are the sensible approach to paying education expenses.  They allow for smaller, affordable payments instead of paying your balance in one lump sum.  PBA's monthly payment plans are serviced by Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  The payment plans are interest free and there is no approval process.  The plans offered are:
  
Fall Semester Payment Plans (Enrollment Fee = $53):

6 Fall Payments: June - November, Due on the 15th of the Month

5 Fall Payments: July - November, Due on the 15th of the Month

4 Fall Payments: 1/4th of balance due at plan setup and then 3 monthly payments (September-November) Due on the 15th of the Month

Spring Semester Payment Plans (Enrollment Fee = $53):

6 Spring Payments: December - May, Due on the 15th of the Month

5 Spring Payments: 1/5th of balance due at plan setup and then 4 monthly payments (February-May) Due on the 15th of the Month

Summer Semester Payment Plans (Enrollment Fee = $25):

3 Summer Payments: 1/3rd of balance due at plan setup and then 2 monthly payments (June-July) due on the 1st of each month

Payment Methods Allowed:

ACH Payments from Checking or Savings accounts.

Credit Card payments (an additional processing charge applies to all credit and debit card payments)

 

To enroll in the payment plan, visit your Student Account Center or call 1-800-334-7924.

All payment plans must be in place by the published due date. Enrollment in a payment plan is not an option after Check-In has ended.  Waiting to enroll in a payment plan at check-in will leave limited payment plan options, with the first payment being required upon enrollment.

 

Only standard fees of tuition, room, board, resource fees, course related fees and health insurance may be included in the payment plan. Books and parking fees are not payment plan items. Work Study funds, which may be part of your Financial Aid Award, may not be used in payment plan calculations because those funds are paid to you directly as a paycheck. 

 

Payment plan participants are required to make consecutive monthly payments as scheduled. Accounts with two missed payments or two returned checks will be canceled from the payment plan. Once canceled, the due date will revert back to the original due date of the prospective term. Therefore, the student must make immediate payment in full of the account balance owed.
