PAYING THE BILL
Your student’s bill is generated each semester. Bills are issued electronically and can be viewed online via their Student Account Center. Monthly payment plans are offered through our partnership with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) and may be set up through your student’s Student Account Center. Before classes begin, your student’s bill must be paid in full or be covered by a monthly payment plan or an approved loan.

Your student's PBA email is the only place that the Financial Aid Office will send important communications regarding their financial aid. If you would like to have access to your student's financial aid information please have your student complete the FERPA Authorization Form and submit to the Registrar's Office prior to the start of the academic year. This form will allow your student to designate each third party chosen access to information on their student record. Please use the link on the right-hand side to access the FERPA Authorization Form.

FERPA Authorization FormIn order to speak to any department on campus regarding your student's academic or financial information, they will need to fill out this form for each individual authorized to discuss their PBA information. Please submit to the Registrar's Office at email@example.com or in their office in Hood Hall.
