TEACH Grant Initial and Subsequent Counseling
TEACH Grant Initial and Subsequent Counseling acquaints the student with the TEACH Grant Program and the TEACH Grant service obligation.

After you complete each of your four required school years of teaching, provide your TEACH Grant servicer with documentation of your teaching service.  Do not wait until after you have completed all four years to provide this documentation. Provide it as soon as you complete each year of teaching service.

TEACH Grant Agreement to Serve or Repay (Agreement)
The TEACH Grant Agreement to Serve or Repay (Agreement) explains the terms and conditions for receiving a TEACH Grant. By signing the Agreement, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that if you do not fulfill the service obligation described in the Agreement, the TEACH Grant funds you received will be converted to a loan that you must repay. This must be completed each year.

TEACH Grant Exit Counseling
Before you stop attending the school where you received your TEACH Grant, you must complete TEACH Grant Exit Counseling.

TEACH Grant Exit Counseling provides information about fulfilling the TEACH Grant service obligation, options for temporarily suspending the period for completing your TEACH Grant service obligation, and the terms and conditions that apply if your TEACH Grant is converted to a Direct Unsubsidized Loan.

TEACH Grant Conversion Counseling
You should complete TEACH Grant Conversion Counseling if your TEACH Grant is converted to a Direct Unsubsidized Loan. The counseling explains the terms and conditions that apply to the loan, how the new loan affects your overall loan balance, and options available to help with repayment.
